COMPETITION RULES

1) These rules include any instructions set out in the terms of the competition.  By entering the competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.
2) Persons under the age of 18 may only enter with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3) Employees past and present of the promoters and their respective immediate family are not allowed to participate in the competition.
4) Entries should be received via the attached on-line entry form or by post at Devon Life, Archant House, Babbage Road, Totnes, TQ9 5JA by the closing date.
5) Illegible, incorrect or invalid entries, as well as late entries, will be disqualified.
6) The finalists will be invited to the awards ceremony on 3rd October 2008.
7) The result will be published in the earliest possible issue of Devon Life.
8) There is no cash alternative to the competition prize.
9) The publisher reserves the right to withhold the prize if the standards of entry are not sufficiently high.
10) The editor’s decision on all matters concerning the competition is final.
11) No correspondence will be entered into.
